1.1 Demo Update!

I've updated the demo with:

* Graphical Upgrades - Added volumetric lighting, increased lighting quality & fidelity

* Performance Improvements - Optimized lighting for 2x frame rate on my PC

* Additional Content - Added new inspectable content that you can read for more lore. Improved the layout of the house and added more objects. The garage is now fully furnished.
